Chelsea Barracks

Forming part of the development’s Phase 4, buildings 6, 7, and 8 were designed by Eric Parry Architects. The urban location, adjacent to Chelsea Bridge Road, is juxtaposed with tranquil landscaped gardens, a modern take on traditional London squares.

Works began in 2019 to create these 3 residential buildings consisting of 88 super-prime units. Each building is 6 storeys high with an additional 2 storeys for the penthouse apartments and 2 storey basements for private parking, residential storage, plantrooms, and wellness facilities.

Working with Ardmore, who completed the fit-out of 46 residences across Buildings 6 and 7, Envo supplied sliding door packages for the well-appointed apartment areas.

In 2024, Envo worked with Ant Yapi to provide timber doorsets and sliding pocket doors for Building 8. This included high-performance, fire-resistant doorsets constructed to the BS EN 1634 standards that Envo manufacture to.
